As part of our Vision for 2012 we want to offer our Congregation and Customers the best service that we can. So that we might improve we are asking for your comments, we will then let you know how we have acted on them below. "It's a great venue for the community as it brings a lot of people together in the form of different groups. We as AA members are so grateful as it brings new people to us and helps to save lives - hopefully for many years to come"
" The venue has proved to be an excellent choice for us over the last few years for hosting small groups of around 10 people as well as large groups of around 150. The catering has been superb and the place is always clean and tidy. However by far the greatest asset to the centre is its staff who are always on hand and keen to help. We would wholeheartedly recommend Coventry Central Hall to others looking to host either ad hoc or regular meetings/events"

"I have been delighted with the customer care we received from making the booking through to delivery of our training on the day. Any requests on the day for additional resources or support were met without hesitation and with a smile. The kitchen staff and particularly Steve (Head Chef) were extremely accommodating and able to meet the dietary requirements of our groups at very short notice. The wide variety of rooms and workspaces enabled us to fully meet the needs of both learners and facilitators. It is an excellent venue centrally located and easily accessible. Though a Christian establishment the venue welcomes all creeds and faiths and the friendly staff are always willing to go out of their way to be helpful. A thoroughly pleasing experience and I will certainly be happy to use your services again. Thank you."
"Central Hall need the toilets updating and checking throughout the day as many times they are dirty (Toilet seats and floor)...Staff clean but due to older clientele it sees to get dirty and because it is used non-stop. This is no reflection on the cleaning staff"

" Found staff to be very helpful and deliver a high standard of service to their customers. There have been a couple of occasions where we have not been able to get through to the office during the day when we have wanted to make bookings in the past or bookings not being written in the diary (Autumns 2010). That being said when we did turn up thinking booking had been made the staff were extremely flexible and accommodating. Central Hall offer excellent value for money and take a proactive approach to their business and meeting customer needs and often go to extra lengths to deliver a consistent service"

"The Chinese Christian Church has used the facilities at Central Hall for many years and we enjoy a positive, friendly collegial relationship with the Minister and staff. We appreciate the flexibility offered when we use the premises on Sunday afternoons particularly as we often need to use several rooms to cater for all our various groups and sermons in different languages. We are very pleased with the new audio-visual system which has been installed. It has made a big difference to the sound quality during our worship services and it's very convenient not to have to set up our own projection every week."

"We have used the Coventry Methodist Central Hall for a number of Conferences and Accelerated Learning Events. The venue is perfect for large groups and is light, airy and spacious. The new technology and AV equipment is a real asset and the "can do" attitude of the staff at the Central Hall is second to none. Nothing has ever been too much trouble to their team even when we have made last minute changes to the programme for the day.

Our events have always gone smoothly, the catering has been excellent and I would definitely recommend this venue."
