If I were to ask you where you plan to be in two years' time what would you say?
In a series of meetings we have begun to consider where we would like to be as
a church in two years' time. We began by listing where we would like to be and
then thought about where we are now. All that is left is to move from one to the
other; this could be a very interesting journey! Below are some of our thoughts
on our Vision for the Central Hall in 2012 and more importantly some of the steps
we have already taken....

We are encouraged by the Connexion to save energy and yet our energy bill is over £100 per day	that we will promote Coventry Central Hall as an exampler for Green Initatives to other churches	Sourced estimates for cost of installing Solar Panels, double glazing and a more efficent heating system and are now looking for ways to fund them! Building is deteriorating, with a small group of people carrying the weight of this	that the Central Hall feels a good place to be	Donations being asked for use of toilets to go towards upgrading them	February 2011
We would like our building to be warm and welcoming	that we will be warm in our welcome and our building	"Badge Sunday" will start in April, services where all attending will be asked to wear a name badge	March 2011

Lost our roots in Methodism and have a lack of identity - Who are we and what do we have to offer		"Discipleship and the People called Methodist" to be taught in September started to look at updating our logo	February 2011
Our variety of study is good - now we need to build on it	that we will offer multiple styles of learning and study	Lent film club and discuission group starting 15th March "Discipleship and the People called Methodist" to be taught in September	February 2011
Our worship is unplanned - we get by week to week	that we will have vibrant worship with Contemporary & traditional Worship offered	had "Wonder, Love & Praise", contemporary worship at Central Hall in January decided to alternate worship between Central Hall and Cornerstone venues in August	December 2010 Febraury 2011
No guidelines for roles within our church	that all roles within our church will have guidelines and set practises
